Challenges

HD Pub Investments acquired eleven independent pubs in Wales under the brand, Red Dragon Pubs.

Their plan is to grow the business, nurture local bands and serve the local communities in Wales.

However, they faced a challenge: although the pubs were known to their local communities, the company did not have

access to customer information.

There was no database, which meant Red Dragon Pubs could not promote their music events, seasonal offers or understand their customer wants and needs.

Collecting customer information was the first step to realising Red Dragon Pubs’ marketing strategy.

Luckily, this was a problem we could offer a solution to, through our app platform.
